At the beginning of each upkeep, you may
remove a charge counter from White. If you
don't, put a charge counter on White. If you do,
choose one:
-Destroy target creature with power 4 or greater.
-Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
-Create three white 1/1 Soldier creature tokens.
