Whitworth Rifle

The Whitworth Rifle was the sniper rifle of
the Civil War. Used by Sharpshooters on either side of the battle, the soldiers that
used it were positioned on the outside of the battle. Men on the outer rim of the battlefield were very important because it
was very difficult to shoot them.
