If you control Widow's Wail and Oathkeeper,
you may exile them and create Ice, a legendary Artifact Equipment (Activate only as a sorcery)
When equipped creature is dealt damage,
you may sacrifice a creature you control
and deal damage equal to the sacrificed creatures power to any creature.
