{2}{w}{t}: Target creature receives a Sing counter.
Creatures with a sing counter may not attack or
use activated abilities. Anything that could
destroy an artifact or enchantment may also
affect a sing counter. Activate only as a sorcery.
When Wigglytuff evolves you may place a sing
counter on a creature.
