Wild Magic

When Wild Magic enters the battlefield, choose an opponent.
Whenever target opponent casts a spell, you draw cards equal to that spell's converted
mana cost. You may cast one of these cards without paying its mana cost. Put the rest to
the bottom of your library in any order.
