Whenever a player plays a nonland permanent,
that player sacrifices a nonland permanent at
random. That player then draws cards until they
find a permanent, puts it onto the battlefield,
then shuffles all cards drawn this way back into
their library.
"One chef's special, that'll be $10.99. Would you like
