Affinity for lands (This spell costs {1} less to cast for each land you control.)
Exile all lands on the battlefield and put a Shift counter on them. Starting with you then clockwise, randomly select a card in exile with a Shift counter on it and return it to the battlefield under that player's control. Repeat until there are no more cards in exile with Shift counters on them. Lands entering this way don't cause abilities to trigger. End your turn. Exile Wilderness Redistribution
