Wildmage\'s gambit

Your Chaosboard can contain only instant and sorcery cards. Instant and sorceries you cast from hand have “If this spell would be put into a graveyard as it resolves, instead put it into your Chaosboard face down, then shuffle your Chaosboard.” Commanders you control have “Whenever you cast your first instant or sorcery spell each turn, roll a d20. 1–9 — Scry 1. 10–19 — Wild Surge 1 — Exile cards from the top of your library until you exile an instant or sorcery card. Put that card into your Chaosboard face down, then shuffle your Chaosboard. Put the other exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order. You may cast the top card of your Chaosboard this turn. You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it. 20 — Look at the top two cards of your Chaosboard and put them back in any order. You may cast the top card of your Chaosboard this turn without paying its mana cost. If that spell has {X} in its mana cost, X is 1. Then Wild Surge.”
