Will of the Blood Council

Hexproof.
When Will of the Blood Council enters the battlefield, choose a creature type. Creatures of
the chosen type get a -1/-1 counter on it during
each players upkeep. When there are no creatures
of the chosen type in play, exile Will of the Blood
Council.
Players cannot sacrifice creatures.
Creatures can no longer have hexpoof or indestructible.
