Will of the Conclave

Council's Dilemma Players take turns voting for
either Praetor or Templar. For every Praetor vote
you may draw 1 card. For every Templar vote,
distribute two +1/+1 counters among creatures
you control.
Will of the Council Players vote for Aiur or
Shakuras. If Aiur wins, draw 3 cards and discard
a card. If Shakuras wins, you gain 5 life. If it is a
tie, draw 1 card and gain 3 life.
