or player, put a crazed counter on it.
William gets +1/-1 for each crazed counter
on it.
{1}{b}: Remove all crazed counters from William.
Exile William from your graveyard transformed
and with a time counter on it. Activate this ability
only as a sorcery and only if William has
one or more crazed counters on it.
