Win or Lose - Never Draw

Card Cost: 125 GP
When playing Win or Lose - Never Draw, the
Cardholder will select one member of another
faction. Both citizens will choose a playing card
from a deck. The citizen with the higher card
(ace is high) will choose to win either 40 x
his/her winning card in GP or XP. Win or Lose -
Never Draw is then retained by the winning
citizen. If a tie, no reward is given, and the item
card is returned to its original owner.
