Winds of Fate

At the beginning of you upkeep, reveal the top card of your library. If you reveal a permanent, throw that card at least 3 feet above your head and let it fall to the ground. If the card lands face up, you may put it into play without paying it's mana cost, otherwise put it into your hand.
