Winners Bounty

All players reveal the top card of your deck and
compare costs {x} times. When comparing cards,
the higher cost card wins. Discard each card after
comparing. Once you've compared {x} cards, each
player may add any card they want to their deck,
and shuffle it. Each player repeats this effect for
each reveal they won. All players shuffle their
decks after, keeping the revealed cards in the
graveyard.
