+2: Each player may search their library for a basic land card and put it into their hand, each player who does shuffles their library.
-2: For each player return a nonland permanent of your choice that that player controls to it's owner's hand.
-10: Each player exiles the top three cards of their library. You may play nonland cards exiled this way without paying their mana cost.
