Winter is Coming

When Winter is Coming enters the battlefield
tap up to two target creatures, those creatures
don't untap during the untap step as long as you
control Winter is coming.
Whenever a creature attacks you, if you control
eight or more snow lands, that creature gets
-1/-1 until end of turn unless that player pays {2}.
