create that many colorless Icicle snow artifact
tokens with "{1},{t}, Sacrifice this artifact: Tap
target permanent."
{b}{b}, Sacrifice X other snow permanents: Create
a token that's a copy of target creature card with
mana value X in your graveyard, except it's a
snow creature. If you do, exile that card from
your graveyard.
