Winter's Chilling Grip

When Winter's Chilling Grip enters the battlefield, distribute X Blizzard counters among
the lands controlled by his or her opponents.
Lands with a Blizzard counter upon it are snow-covered lands along with any other abilities.
These lands remain snow-covered until Winter's Chilling Grip leaves the battlefield.
