damage. This weapon sheds
dim blue light in a 5-foot-radius. Once a day as an action, the axe
emits a chilling howl, freezing the
air around you. All creatures within a 15ft radius suffer 2D6 cold
damage and must succeed a Str
save DC 15. On a fail, they are Petrified for 1
minute. At the end of each of its turns, a creature
can make another Str save to end the Petrification.
Attacking a creature ends the Petrification and deals 1D6 col
