Wire-Web roofs

When Wire-Web roofs enter the battlefield, you
may pay X life, where X is the number of land
you control. If you don't, Wire-Web roofs enter
the battlefield tapped.
{t} add {b} or {g}
{b/g}{2}{t} put a wire counter on target creature, if
there is already a creature with a wire counter on
the battlefield destroy that creature insted.
