Wise Man's Tome

This ancient tome is filled with intuition and
insight exercises and instructions, and its words
are charged with magic. If you spend 36 hours
over a period of 5 days or fewer studying the
book's contents and practicing its guidelines,
your Wisdom and Intelligence scores increase by
1, as do your maximums for those scores. The
manual then disappears in a puff of smoke, reappearing in a distant land to be found, used
and disappear all over again.
