Wish for Prosperity

Each player may put a card with cmc 4 or less
from their hand onto the battlefield. If they
don't, they sacrifice a nonland permanent and
search their library for a card with cmc 4 or less
of the same permanent type, put it onto the battlefield tapped and then shuffle their library.
If they can't, that player gains 2 life, draws a card
and gains {2} at the beginning of their next
upkeep.
