The legend rule does not apply to cards named Wisp that you control. Equipment attached to this card affect all creatures named Wisp, as if they were attached to them. Wisp and creatures you control named Wisp get -1/-1 for each creature named Wisp you control. If this card leaves the battlefield, exile all cards you control with the same name as it from the battlefield.
