Whenever Wisp of the Forgotten is blocked or
blocks a creature, return that creature and Wisp
of the Forgotten to their owners hands, then
choose any number:
• Each player discards a card.
• Each player draws a card.
• Each player may put a creature with power 1
or less from their hand into play.
