For one minute, you hover 1 foot above the
ground and gain a flying speed of 15 ft. but are
inebriated, gaining disadvantage on Wisdom
and Intelligence ability checks.
All spells and magical abilities used during the
minute have a 1d2 chance of additionally
flinging a single orb from the Dancing Lights
spell in a random direction.
