Make a ranged attack against a creature, on a hit
the target takes 1d12 lightning damage and on
each of your turns for 1 minute (concentration)
you can use your action to deal 1d12 lighting
damage automatically.
The spell ends if you use your action to do otherwise, or if the creature moves out of range
or behind total cover.
