Whenever Wither Skeleton dies, create a black artifact token named Wither Head. Then at the beginning of your upkeep, if you control three artifacts named Wither Head, sacrifice them then search your deck for a card named The Wither
and put it onto the battlefield under your control.
Then shuffle your library.
