Wither the Evidence

Exile target creature, planeswalker, enchantment,
or artifact from each opponent. Target opponent
then sacrifices a creature. Then, choose one:
- Scry 3.
- Surveil 3.
- Target opponent loses 3 life and you gain 3 life.
- Draw three cards, then discard a card.
Don't just destroy the evidence. Burn it and wither
every bit away.
