Create a 4/4 black Zombie Warrior with
vigilance. Then, each opponent creates a 1/1
white Mercenary with Infiltrate unless
{b}{b}{b} was used to cast Witness to the Oblivion
(As long as a permanent with Infiltrate is on the
battlefield, target opponent reveals a non-revealed card
from their hand).
