Whenever Wiz, Ultra Undead would deal damage to a creature put -1/-1 counters equal to the
damage that would have been dealt on that
creature instead.
Put a +1/+1 counter on Wiz, Ultra Undead for
each -1/-1 counter on creatures your opponent controls.
As long as you control Wiz, Ultra Undead, all
cards that your opponents control that would
go to the graveyard are exiled instead.
