At the beginning of your turn drink a beer and roll 1d6, until your
next turn:
•1-2: You become lightheaded, nothing happens
•3-4: You become drunk, instant and sorcery spells you cast cost
half mana (rounded up) but the targets are other Wizards at
random.
•5-6: You become blackout drunk, instant and sorcery spells you
cast cost no mana but the targets are Wizards at random.
Ascension: When you become blackout drunk for the 2nd turn in a
row.
