Wizard Counsel

Search your Library for up to three wizard creatures with different names. Reveal them. Sort them into three piles. Each opoanant votes for one of those creatures for you to keep. The rest shuffle back into your library. Then you may put the chosen card onto the battlefield without paying it's mana cost.
