Wizard Snatchington

Starting from your 3rd turn, at the beginning
of your turn you may choose a Wizard that has more cards than you and steal one random
card from them.
If you don't cast this card until the beginning
of your next turn, return the card back and the Wizard can snitch on you.
If they do you discard your hand and they become a snitch.

Ascencion: When you have cast 3 stolen cards.
