At the beginning of your turn you may choose
a Wizard and steal one random card from
them. If you don't cast this card before the beginning of your next turn return the card to
them.Then, they may Snitch on you.
If they do they become a Snitch and you
discard half your hand rounded up.

Ascencion: When you have cast 3 stolen cards.
