Wizard's event loop

When this spell resolves create an additional
empty stack called the substack. When an effect
would go on the stack, its controller may have it
go onto the main stack or the substack.
When the regular stack is empty put the last
effect on the substack onto the main stack and
resolve it as if it was just cast. Repeat this process
until the substack is empty. When the substack is
empty destroy it.(players may not play any
more spells on the substack) and exile this card.
