Wizard's Second Rule
Whenever a player casts a spell put a harm or
helpful counter on Wizard's second Rule and pass to the left
player. If you put a harm Counter on Wizard's Second Rule remove a
helpful Counter and vice versa. If an opponent has control of
Wizard's Second Rule with 10 harm counters they lose the game. If a
you or an ally has control of Wizard's Second Rule with 10 helpful
counters on it you win the game.
