Whenever an opponent plays a spell that targets you or a permanent you control, they may pay {2}. If they don't, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.
Whenever an opponent casts a non-token creature, they may pay {2}. If they don't, put a token onto the battlefield under your control that is a copy of that creature. It is a reflection in addition to it's other types.
