Wolfpack

A convoy attack tactic used by the German
U-boats and American submarines in the Battle
of the Atlantic. The U-boats were heavily armed
with weapons and machinery. The ships would
almost "creep" up on the prey, but still maintain
a safe distance. Once the striking zone was clear,
the attack would initiate. The strategy was
incredibly effective, and annihilated most ships
in sight. (#)
