Wong the Enchanter

When Wong the Enchanter enters the battlefield and at the beginning of your upkeep, put a shield counter on target permanent.
Whenever a creature you control attacks, you may remove any number of counters from it.
If you do, that creature deals twice that much damage divided as you choose among any number of targets.
