Other Kobolds you control get +1/+0 for each
other Kobold you control.
CARD NAME gets +1/+1 for each other Kobold
you control.
{b/r}{r/g}, Sacrifice X Kobolds: Search you library for
a Dragon or Kobold card with mana value X or
less, exile it, then shuffle. If a Kobold is exiled
this way, put it onto the battlefield, otherwise
put the exiled card into your hand.
