World devouring

When this card is cast it gains Split second unless
a player reveals a card that lists counter in its text
from their hand.
Exile all permanents, each player gains X life and
draws X cards where X is the number of
permanents that player controlled that were
exiled.
Players have no maximum hand size for the rest
of the game.
