World-Maker

Sacrifice all permanents on the battlefield. Summon an 0/X World Maker creature token where X equals the number of permanents sacrificed.
The World Maker token does not regenerate damage at the beginning of upkeep steps, it is also neutral (not belonging to a player), allows each player to draw an extra card at each upkeep step and when it is destroyed, the destroyed gains all mana sacrificed for the World-Maker.
