World on fire

At the beginning of your upkeep choose a
creature you control. World on fire deals 1
damage to each creature you control not chosen
this way. Whenever a creature delt damage by
World on Fire dies this turn put a wildfire
counter on this goal.
At the end of the game you achieve this goal as
long as there are fewer then 10 wildfire counters
on this goal.
