World Sphere

At the beginning of each player's endstep, that
player shuffles all untapped lands they control
into the owner's library. If they do, they reveal
the top cards of their library until they reveal an
equal amount of lands and puts them onto the
battlefield. That player then puts all the
remaining revealed cards on the bottom of their library in a random order.
From chaos comes order, but order leads to chaos..
