When Wormhole enters the battlefield, for
each opponent, exile target nonland permanent
that player controls until Wormhole leaves the
battlefield.
When Wormhole leaves the battlefield, each
opponent gains control of one nonland
permanent exiled this way at random.
Every wormhole is an uncharted
