Woven Strands of Starlight

Woven Strands of Starlight enters the battlefield
with X thread counters on it. At the beginning of
each end step, move a thread counter from it to
another target permanent, then if it has no
counters on it, return it to its owner's hand.
As long as any permanent with a thread counter
on it has lifelink, every permanent with a thread
counter on it has lifelink. The same is true for
vigilance, flying, first strike, deathtouch, decayed,
shadow, and menace.
