Wrath, Death and Madness

Destroy all lands and creatures.
Each player loses half their life rounded down,
then, starting with you, each player searches their
library and/or the chaotic graveyard for up to
three creatures and puts them into play under
their control. Players must shuffle their library afterwards.
Starting with you, each player rolls the Chaos
Library thrice.
