Wreckage Wastes

Whenever a non-token creature dies, it's owner creates a token that's a copy of that creature,
except it's power and toughness is 1/1.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player sacrifices a non-token creature.
When there are no non-token creatures on the battlefield, destroy all token creatures and
sacrifice Wreckage Wastes.
