When Wrest the Seas from Rule enters the battlefield, search your library for a boat vehicle card, reveal it, and put it into your hand.
Whenever a vehicle you control deals combat damage to a player, you may reveal the top three cards of your library. You may put a land card among them into your hand. Put the rest into your graveyard.
