Wrinkle in Time

Suspend cards are put into exile with 2 less time counters. If this would reduce the number of
time counters to less than 1 instead reduce it to 1.
{4}{t}: Add a time counter to target card in
exile. Wrinkle in Time does not until during your
next upkeep.
